A café fave! A simple and savory snack or side — packing both a punch of flavor and health on a chip

We’ve rarely met a savory chip or dip we didn’t like — and this recipe doesn’t disappoint. In fact, it delivers deliciousness and health benefits. Edamame is rich in healthy fiber, antioxidants and vitamin K. It’s much more filling and dense than typical hummus or guacamole — in fact it could be considered the new avocado toast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Edamame (you can find this in the frozen section / follow directions for cooking)
  • 2 TBSP Sesame oil 2 tsp Agave
  • 2 TBSP Ume Plum vinegar
  • 1/2" Fresh Ginger, peeled
  • 1 tsp Tamari

*Add additional Safflower oil for smoother texture or to cut Sesame flavor, if too strong

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth
  • That’s it!

*Note: Ume plum vinegar is the special flavor to this dish.
