Artichoke & Castelvetrano Olive Bruschetta

Tired of laborious recipes? This crowd pleaser packs a flavorful punch and can be made in minutes

There’s no need to be overwhelmed with time-consuming recipes…especially post holidays!

This simple 3 ingredient bruschetta “pate” is one of my favorite go-to’s when I need something “fancy” right away—whether to satisfy my own craving or WOW a guest. Deliciously packed with texture and flavor. 

Ingredients & Directions:

  • 1 cup of pitted Castelvetrano olives
  • 1 6oz jar of artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 glove of garlic 

Add all ingredients to a food processor, pulse till desired smoothness / texture…et VOILA! Yes, that’s it. 

You can spread on toasted bread of your choice, as a dip with chips or crackers or even a spread on a sandwich. Either way, it’s a winner! YUM.
