Indulge in this 2-step bounty of freshness—a café favorite of summer ease and flavor!
Chips and dip anyone? Summer screams ease with life and food. As our senses are awakened to freshness and flavor all around us, this tasty delight (a new café favorite) is perfect to share with friends at a party or indulged at a table for one. Pair with your favorite organic chips, crackers or veggies. Your palate will be delighted with this vibrant party in a bowl.
- 16 oz. sweet peas, (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 lemon or 2 limes juice
- 1/4 cup red onion
- Salt to taste
- 2 TBS safflower oil or till desired smoothness
- Peas could be raw or cooked for 7 minutes
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor
And voila! May the party begin…
